'Oh come on boy, you gave yourself an open chance' Ravenwing laughed in his head. He put one paw in front of the other in the marshland up to his belly in mud in the shadowclan territory. A raven was perched just above his head, he hoped to catch it by any chance. 'Your such a moron' He laughed at himself as he planted his claws into the tree bark.
His gray tail swished against the bark as he kept his balance he dragged himself up. The Raven cawed and flapped it's wings; it did not take off. "Stay right where you are you little bugger" He whispered to himself as he flanked himself against a branch he swung onto that the raven was on. Quietly he crouched down and stalked the Raven to the edge.
"Alright you, lets get you on the fresh kill pile" Ravenwing whispered wiggling his haunches to leap. The young shadowclan warrior hesitated too long and when he leapt the raven flew off before he could snag it. Catching his claws on the tail he dragged it to the ground though. Both him and the prey crashed into the sticky mud, becoming covered in it. Ravenwing shook his fur and rushed over and killed the raven quickly, that one was lucky. He picked up the prey in his jaws and laughed at himself.
